The average life span of a person a century before was around 80 years, but not it has reduced to around 65. The main cause is bad habits, which humans tend to follow these days. Now, if we also think of a person who is practicing Tadasana, which is also one of the most basic and simplest yoga. It has to stand like a tree upright and that too for a certain duration.
